Supporting Autistic Lives with Clarity and Compassion
Coaching for individuals with autism, families, and caregivers—building shared understanding, practical tools, and confidence for everyday challenges.
My work in the developmental disabilities field spans more than 25 years and is grounded in both professional leadership and lived experience. As the guardian of a young man with autism and the grandfather of three autistic grandchildren, I understand firsthand the complexity, resilience, and individuality within the autism community. These relationships have shaped not only my perspective, but my commitment to coaching that honors autonomy, dignity, and long-term wellbeing.
Throughout my career, I have led multi-county programs, strengthened service systems, and supported individuals and families in navigating education, employment, and independent living. My approach integrates evidence-informed practice with a neurodiversity-affirming philosophy—focusing on sensory regulation, executive functioning, self-advocacy, and environmental fit. I partner with autistic individuals and their support networks to build practical, sustainable systems that reflect real lives, real challenges, and real strengths.
